CAPTAIN ALBERT TEO
Founding Chief Executive Officer Of Mega Dynamic Builders
Captain Albert Teo started his career in civil service in the security sector.
With a foundation in construction and a specialist in global logistics and international security, Albert leads the Real Kaiten Group and helms the entire Group’s operations as the Chief Operating Officer. He is also the founding CEO of Mega Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd. He is responsible for the worldwide operations in Project Management, Security & Crisis management as well as global Business Development by harnessing tremendous trans-border business and trading opportunities.
Albert also possesses technical competency in global security and maritime heritage. He co-writes and presents papers internationally. He has a strong affiliation to the Far Eastern State Technical Fisheries University also a Naval Academy in Vladivostok, Russia and holds the rank of Captain (equivalent to rank of Colonel in the Armed Forces). He is currently developing a knowledge repository on Security and Safety – Convention and Cyber – to promote greater understanding and application for both youths and working adults.
Albert has a deep passion for developing the youths of the world in maritime heritage & international sports.He travels extensively to bring communities together from different parts of the world to interact & learn from each other in multiple disciplinaries.
Albert was appointed by the Mongolia National Olympic Committee in 2007 and represent Mongolia National Olympic Committee as Ambassador for the First World Youth Olympic Game 2010 held in Republic of Singapore and he was again conferred as Honorary Ambassador for Olympic Council Sukhbaatar District Republic Of Mongolia continue to serve as Olympic Council Ambassador.
Albert received the Olympic Distinguish Service Medal 2010 for his contribution and effort to establish bilateral relationship between Mongolia Olympic Committee and other countries Olympic Committee and received the Olympic Glory Service Medal in 2013 in recognition for his long and good service.
Albert received an award of appreciation from the Mongolia National Chamber of Commerce and Industry for his valuable contribution to the trade and economic co-operation between Mongolia and Singapore in 2012.
Highly respected, he is the first and only Singaporean who has received a decree from the National Olympic Committee of Angola to be appointed and continues to serve as the Ambassador Honorary, Republic of Angola to Singapore Covering South East Asia. During the 2014 Youth Olympic Games held in Nanjing, Albert represented the Angolan National Olympic Committee as the Deputy Chef- de-Mission and Country Representative.
Representing National Olympic Committee Republic of Angola as Deputy Chef de Mission and Ambassador for the Japan Olympic Games 2020.
Albert was conferred Special Envoy to represent United Republic of Tanzania in South East Asia 2017 by Chairman of Parliamentary Investment Committee , Member of Parliament Busega Constituency to establish bilateral relationship with Asia countries for engagement of trade and Investment, maritime academic and operational exchange, educational exchange program, community, youth and cultural exchange program with Asia countries.
