Throughout my professional career, as an Engineer, Director and Administrator, in Telecommunications and Information Systems, Radio and Television Companies, I acquired a wide experience, having directed the definition of the Architecture of Telecommunications Networks and Systems and its Development, Testing and Implementation. Participation in the preparation of the business plan and its implementation.
Consequently, I have a perfect knowledge of the Technologies, but also of the Business needs, in this type of Companies, and the importance of a clear and effective definition of priorities, an essential condition for business success.

António Cardoso has been developing his know-how and experience (in the telecommunications industry), having performed functions in the following companies:

Mundo Startel S.A.

Executive Administrator.
Participation in the company’s launch process in 2009, and in its foundation and obtaining the license in 2001, in its technological modernization process in 2011, launching a WiMAX Network, a Core IP / MPLS Network, a VSAT Hub with national coverage as well as new Information Systems.

World Telecommunications – MTC Angola

Technical Director.
Implementation of Vsat private networks at Halliburton Inc. and ESSO-Exxon Exploration Angola.
Project Director of Mundo Startel (MTC, JEMBAS and BCA), a company approved for the provision of Fixed Telecommunications services (Fixed Telephone Services, Data, Internet, Vsat, Carrier, e-commerce e-learning and Call-Center).

SRC, S.A.

Communications Coordinator.
Responsible for the communications division of SRC (Sistemas Redes e Comunicações – IBM Business Partner) having in 1998 been the main Engineer in the implementation of the Vsat communications banking network.

Public Television of Angola – TPA

Head of Department.
I was the Coordinator of the Office of the Department of Studies and Projects and the Head of the Department of Broadcasters and Radio Beams.
Responsible for the TV component in the Angosat project.
Executive Coordinator of the TV implementation project in Cabinda Province.
Executive Coordinator of the Television Expansion project at the national level.
